St. Mary's PU College is the only college in Chikkamagaluru to have given 100% results with the state ranks, district ranks in 2019-20 with maximum students enrolling in MBBS from one college of Chikkamagaluru.

St. Mary's is known for excellence in teaching, coaching, moulding children for their Board exams, Competitive exams and this has been proven time & again from our first out going batch in 2016-17.

2017-18 outgoing batch secured 100% results thus making this college the only one in the district headquarter to have achieved this milestone.

2019-20 batch had maximum students getting the selected for Farm Sciences ( BSc Ag, BSc veterinary science) etc.

Our Commerce Students of the first out going batch made us proud by securing state 8th rank and the setting up a challenge for the younger batches to work hard and better this results.

Our Hostel is like a big extended family with our wardens becoming the mother and father to all the hostelites. Security to hostelites is With 24 hours CCTV monitoring in all public areas. Healthy & Hygienic food prepared by our chefs to enrich students health. A special study hour at the hostel has the attention of the duty lecturer who will be a subject expert mentoring the students.
